What data we process
When you use the premium calculator, we process the postal code you entered, your birth year, and your choice of deductible, insurance model and accident coverage in order to calculate premiums. This data is not stored unless you submit the consultation request form.
If you request a free consultation, we additionally store your name, email address, phone number and the calculator inputs you previously entered in order to process your request.
Purpose of processing
Data from the consultation form is used to enable contact by an independent insurance advisory partner and for internal quality assurance.
Disclosure to third parties
Your consultation request is forwarded to a carefully selected, independent insurance advisory partner so they can contact you. No further disclosure to third parties takes place unless legally required.
Retention period
Consultation requests are stored for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or anonymized.
